Where do you ship?
A: We ship internationally, including Asia, EU, UK, California (USA and New York), Pacific
Islands, and other countries upon request.
What products do you sell?
A: We specialize in Filipino grocery items—snacks, canned goods, condiments, beverages, and
other everyday essentials—sourced directly from trusted Philippine suppliers.
How do I place an order?
A: Simply register for an account, browse products, add items to your cart, and proceed to
checkout. Once we receive your order we will compute the freight, local charges and estimated
time of arrival and email it to you. Once approved you can then proceed with the payment via
bank transfer. Once we confirm your payment we will start with the consolidation of your order.
What details do I need to register?
We require your name, contact number, email address, company name, company
address, country, and website.
Do you accept both small and bulk orders?
A: Yes! Whether you want a few cartons or multiple pallets, we can handle orders of different
sizes.
What payment methods are accepted?
A: Payments are processed via bank to bank transaction or securely through trusted third-party
gateways such as PayPal. We do not store your card details.
How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs depend on the destination, order size, weight and product type. The final
shipping cost will be emailed to you. Customs duties and local taxes may apply in your country.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and method of shipment. Typically, orders
arrive within 2-7 days if it's via air and 2 weeks to 60 days if it's via sea.
Can I return products?
A: We only accept product refund and replacement because returning them would be costly.
We accept product replacement if the items are damaged due to improper loading,
incomplete or incorrect. Those items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt or arrival
of cargo at pinoystoreonlinePH@gmail.com.
Do you offer refunds?
A: Yes. Once your return is approved and verified, we will process a refund to your original
payment method or choice of payment method.
How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide you with tracking details via email.
