Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage
We ship internationally to:
● EU & UK
● United States (including California and New York)
● Pacific Islands (Guam, Saipan, Micronesia, etc.)
● Asia-Pacific markets (Singapore and other countries by request)
We are also open to serve other countries as well, kindly indicate it in your order or please

2. Processing Time
● Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
● Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
● You will receive notification about the status of your order and list of expiry dates for
approval via email.

3. Shipping Methods and Transit Time
● Standard International Shipping for Full Container Load via Sea: 7–45 days
● Standard International Shipping for Less than Container Load via Sea: 10–65 days
● Standard International Shipping for Cargo via Air: 3-7 days
● Transit times may vary based on destination and method of shipment.

4. Shipping Costs
● Shipping costs such as freight cost and local charges are not included in the product
cost and will be calculated once we receive the order.

5. Customs and Import Duties
● Customers are responsible for ensuring products comply with their country’s import
rules.
● Customs fees, duties, or taxes are charged by local authorities and are not controlled
by Pinoy Store Online.

6. Shipping Restrictions
● Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. Customers are
responsible for confirming compliance before ordering.
● The customer must inform Pinoy Store Online about the countries’ product standard
and requirements. If the order is rejected by the customer due to misinformation, the
fees and product cost will be shouldered by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
● If your package arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 7
days of receipt or arrival at pinoystoreonlinePH@gmail.com with photos of the
damaged items and formal report.
● We will coordinate replacements or refunds based on verification.
● For lost shipments, we will investigate with the carrier. Resolution timelines may vary
depending on the courier and shipping lines.

8. Order Tracking
● Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking or bill of lading number and
shipment details.
